With warmer weather we saw a nice uptick in new pending contracts last week, so we should expect to see an improvement in April Closings as a result. The 30 year Fixed Rate mortgage National Average jumped last week from 6.0% to 6.11%.  Uncertainty in world markets is being noted as the main contributor to that shift.
