| To sum it up... Year to date we're still seeing strong increases over the same period a year ago, with both units and the average home price increasing more than 5% for the comparable time.
As we get closer to the 6% threshold with 30 year mortgage rates, we do expect to see the market easing a little bit more. And, rumblings have that the Fed may make one or two more reductions before the end of the year, which should get rates below, if not well below, the 6% threshold.
