| To sum it up... With one week to go in the month home closings are down and it will take some effort to see that rebound. Home prices are staying resilient at this time where people are deciding to hold off on buying (or selling) vs. taking significant reductions in prices.
Mortgage rates are on a downward trend, but seem slow to get to last years levels. There are some bright spots with local lenders, especially in the higher priced market at this time.
