| To sum it up... As noted last week, June's decline came mostly from Detached Homes, which have hold the lion-share of transactions by property type. We can now see by quadrant that that decline was further compounded with homes West of Rt.113 and softer performance East of Rt 113.
Interest rates have been on the decline for the last 7 weeks, so it's not entirely surprising to see a little correction right now, without any reductions in the Fed Rate.
