| To sum it up... April was a turbulent month in Sussex County Real Estate, as it was nationally. Through the month we saw home sales constrict across the county, with the exception of the West of Rt 13 quadrant.
With the reversal and delay of some of the tariffs that were announce in April, the national mortgage rates responded favorably. The FED is still indicating they are holding the FED rate for now, so we may see rates stay in this relative area for a while longer.
