We've seen considerable growth in new listings this year vs. a year ago, year to date. However, we're still running behind 2019 (pre-Covid) by about 1,000 new listings October Mortgage rates upticked again last week pulling the average for the month slightly higher.  While some had thought that we might see another Fed rate reduction in November, this trend indicates that likely won't happen.
