To sum it up... We saw inventories on the rise last week and can now report that year to date Sales have increased as well.
Days on the Market for Closed properties are still in the low to mid 20's, which indicates buyers are ready to pounce when the right property becomes available.
Interest rates have indeed come down slightly, despite the Fed holding rates. Soon, we expect to hear the Fed confirm a FED rate drop for September.
