Are cash buyers willing to spend a little more than those who finance?   Breaking down the May Closings, we can see that every quadrant was up over a year ago with the exception of Between Rts 113 & 13.  Average Closed price saw strong increases over a year ago, as well. Interest Rates are stabilizing right around 7%, roughly .3% over a year ago.  The Fed continues to hold their position of "higher for longer".
