April Final   Closings in April were down 13% from a year ago; while the average price was up slightly and maintains double digit increases over the 5 year average. Listings were up 6% in April, not quite as high as the year-to-date through March, but still building from last years lows.  The Average Days on Market are still low for both Closings and Active Listings. Mortgage Rates continue to rise as inflation numbers remain stubborn.
