Despite higher interest rates, Buyers and Sellers are coming together to make deals happen ... February 2024   Home Sales in 3 of the 4 quadrants were flat or up over a year ago with average home prices down the closer you get to the beaches. Interest rates increased through February and March is looking to be no different.  February ended less than .25% higher than March a year ago, and this month is trending about .40% higher than the same month last.
