| To sum it up... While we saw Demand in February down in total, the negative impact is coming from the highest average priced quadrant, East of Rt. 1.
In spite of higher interest rates, more homes are selling west of Rt 1 vs. a year ago, although it seems Sellers and Buyers are making up the difference in interest rate with lower prices.
