January 2024   Home Closings in the middle of the county were up year over year and down East of Rt. 1.  Prices Declined in the first month of the year vs. last year in all quadrants, but West of Rt 13.  Last week we acknowledged an increase in condo sales being a driving factor in the price reduction. Nothing new this week....
