With 3 weeks in December behind us and 2 weeks left in the year, we can clearly see that the inventory situation is quickly correcting itself and more new listings are coming on the market every day.
Interest Rates continue to decline, falling below 7% last week for the first time since August. As mentioned before, we expect to see this trend continue into 2024.
