Inventory is beginning to free up just in time for mortgage rates to come down,  Ho, Ho Ho?? ... November 2023   Inventory continues to increase in November with 30% more new listings than the same 2 week period a year ago, although still down slightly from pre-Covid levels, -19%. Interest rates improved .25% last week ending the week on a National Average of 7.5%.  That's roughly $70 per month in less interest from one week before, on $500,000 purchase price. "Marry the House, Date the Rate" To sum it up...  Resale Inventory is continuing to increase and interest rates seem to be coming down (fingers crossed).  As Sellers are increasingly more willing to sell, this is a great sign for Buyers to get ready to make a move when the right property becomes available.     Click Here to start your home search, today! Complete the Survey The 2023 Rehoboth Beach Christmas Tree has been selected; donated by Debbie and Dean Smith.  This is the second tree they've donated to Rehoboth's holiday tradition.  The annual tree lighting is scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving and will be accompanied with a sing-along of Christmas Carols to add to the festivities.
